solo show at antonio colombo arte contemporanea

March 7th, 2013 marks the opening of "Teenage Machine Age" at Antonio Colombo Arte Contemporanea, in Milan, Italy.  This will be my most comprehensive solo show to date, international or otherwise, with a range of small to large works in acrylic, gouache and oils.  There will also be a small section dedicated to my published illustration work.  I am super excited to show in this beautiful space again.

I will be sharing the opening with the talented Heiko Muller, who will be occupying the "Little Circus" room.

Roq La rue solo show opens next week

As I mentioned in an earlier post, my seventh solo show (shared with the extremely talented Femke Hiemstra) at the Roq La Rue Gallery in Seattle, WA opens on Friday December 7th.  I will be in attendance that night, and the opening reception runs from 6 to 9 p.m.

This show will feature two of my largest paintings to date, one of which is shown below.

new european releases

I have some new pieces available only through two European galleries...

 

First up is a new print, released through the new Atomica Gallery in London, England.

Entitled "3-Dimensional Bi-Polar Robot Telephone Girl", this giclee print has an image size of 9.5 x 14.5", costs approximately $145 and is limited to an edition of 25.

Second, I am participating in the "Don't Wake Daddy VII - Apocalypse How" group show at the Feinkunst Kruger in Hamburg, Germany.  The show runs from December 1st to the 22nd, and I'll be sharing wall space with art friends Fred Stonehouse and Kelly Haigh among others.

My two pieces are shown below, acrylic and mixed media framed in vintage frames.
